About Us
Early Learning Placements is the brainchild of Directors Julia Bradbury and Tracy Watson. Julia and Tracy, who are both career recruitment specialists, recognise the critical role early learning educators and carers have in the early development of children and saw a gap in the early childhood industry for a boutique recruitment agency whose sole purpose is to recruit staff for early learning businesses. At Early Learning Placements we focus only on recruitment to the industry which means we can devote more time and expertise to our clients' recruitment needs.
