At Early Learning Placements we understand the importance of providing our clients with a detailed, thorough and fast recruitment process while ensuring that the quality of our service continues to be above the industry standard. In an industry that is suffering from a quality skilled shortage, Early Learning Placements is continually focused on assisting our client to find the best possible candidates and takes pro-active steps in doing so.

Early Learning Placements follows a thorough recruitment methodology for each and every position we recruit. This process is detailed with the aim to ensure that we gather the maximum information at the time of taking the initial job order request to ensure that we are able to deliver you the most suitable candidate within a rapid time frame. All of our candidate interviews are conducted face to face with a view of assisting the Child Care Worker to secure a role that is suitable to their educational qualifications, experience and values.

Job order is taken from the Employer
 
 Conduct detailed job order questionnaire in face to face meeting with the Employer
 
 Tailored job seeker search is conducted via the database
 
 Advertisements placed on-line or alternative mediums
 
Initial telephone screening is conducted for suitable candidates 
 
 Unsuitable candidates contacted via email
 
 Face to Face interview with the job seeker
 
 Consultancy advice provided to the job seeker
 
 Background checks & reference checks conducted for suitable applicants
 
 Unsuitable candidates advised via telephone
 
 The Early Learning Consultant will telephone the Employer to discuss suitability of job seekers
 
 Resumes of suitable candidates are forwarded to the Employer
 
Interviews are arranged with jobseekers at the Employer’s request 
 
 Where requested, second interviews are conducted
 
 Unsuccessful candidates are contacted and provided with constructive feedback
 
Feedback is taken from both the jobseeker and Employer 
 
Reference checks and background checks are forwarded through to the Employer 
 
 The Employer offers successful candidate
 
 The successful candidate is offered the position
 
 The successful candidate commences the position

 The Consultant contacts both the jobseeker and the Employer to gain post placement feedback at the end of the first week, first month, second month and third month.
