About the Directors

Julia Bradbury and Tracy Watson are both career recruitment specialsts who have over thirty years experience between them.  Experienced in building reputable recruitment businesses, Julia and Tracy are passionate about the opening of Early Learning Placements and raising the standards within the Early Learning Industry.

Julia Bradbury

Julia completed a Bachelor of Arts (psychology major) at the University of Sydney in 1991.  Joining the recruitment industry in 1993, she spent five years with a large international recruitment agency where she specialised in business support recruitment for both temporary and permanent positions.  Julia was promoted to Team Manager prior to leaving to join a start up recruitment agency in the financial services sector in 1997.  Here she established a highly successful temporary services division and became a shareholder of the agency.  In 2000 Julia went on maternity leave to have her first child and in 2001 returned to work on a part-time basis.  at the end of 2001 following the sale of that business, Julia left to have her second child.  With two colleagues (including Tracy Watson) from the previous agency, Julia established a new boutique recruitment agency in 2002 to recruit roles in the financial services industry.  Within this role, Julia focused on building a team of strong consultants recruiting in the banking sector and was extremely successful in establishing some strong client relationships.  In 2008 Julia left this business to have her third child and is now extremely excited about utilising her dual areas of experience - child rearing and recruitment at Early Learning Placements.

Tracy Watson

Tracy joined the recruitment industry in 1994 working for a well recognised international recruitment generalist.  Tracy quickly developed her 360 degree recruitment skills and was promoted to Team Manager and responsible for key client accounts.  From there, Tracy was recruited into a boutique recruitment firm to assist in the growth and development of a newly created business.  After 5 successful years, Tracy was then appointed to General Manager running a business with a turnover in excess of $14mil pa and approximately 25 staff.  In 2002, Tracy formed a partnership with Julia Bradbury and another to commence, grow and develop a successful banking & finance and insurance business which was then sold to a publicly listed firm in 2006.  This business still operates as a highly reputable and successful firm.  Throughout, Tracy has prided herself of her excellent client service skills and ability to develop long term business relationships. Tracy's ability to listen & understand the requirements of both the jobseeker and the employer to gain a successful outcome for both parties is second to none.  Tracy is eager to utilise her skills and knowledge to help raise the industry standards within the Early Learning Sector, an industry she is passionate about.
